Ordering

Products are ordered on Equiwell’s eCommerce site by placing the ordered items to shopping cart and by making the payment for the ordered items using the payment methods available. The customer information required to complete the purchase will be exclusively used for making the delivery and for resolving possible issues encountered during the delivery. In order to place an order you are required to read and accept Equiwell Terms and Conditions.

On receipt of your order we will issue a confirmation email to confirm receipt of your order to the email address supplied by you. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the products ordered. You can track your order status on our eCommerce site via the link provided on order confirmation email and by providing your order number and email-address to the fields available on the page.

Warranty

Product warranty is determined by product manufacturer and are available in usage instructions delivered along with product. Product warranty information is also available on product manufacturers web-site. Buyers are obliged to read and familiarize themselves with usage instructions prior to taking the product into use.

Should the product contain material or manufacturing defect Equiwell will repair the defective product or replace it with a new product. If you have received a defective product please send the product along with order details (ordered product, ordering date, payment amount and date, buyer name and address) to following address:

Fabric tears due to contact with sharp objects, poor storing or another animal are not covered by product warranty. If you place an order and the product does not fit your horse, the buyer will be held responsible.
